1.1 Personal Information

The Kor app will collect the user's first and last name, email, and phone number.

1.2 Non-Personal Information

The Kor app will collect non-personal information such as activity on the platform (includes but not limited to: team registration, number of players, etc)

2. How We Collect Information

We will collect this information through user inputs. When a user registers for a tournament, they will enter their information. Therefore, if a user does not register for any tournaments, Kor will not collect any information on them.

3. How We Use Information

Information will be collected for registering for a tournament with the objective of planning the bracket and reserving your team's spot. Information is also collected as part of our outreach objectives. We will communicate to customers and send notifications regarding events via email. 

4. Sharing of Information

Privacy is very important to us so no information about our users will be shared with any third party and it shall remain within the confines of the Kor members.

5. User Control and Opt-Out Options

As previously mentioned, personal information is necessary for organizing tournaments and reserving a position for your team. That being said, no information will be collected on users who do not register for any tournaments.

6. Security

Collected information will remain in password protected files only available to the members of Kor. 

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 12 and if a child under the age of 12 does use the Kor app we are no longer liable for any privacy lost as a result of the Child’s actions.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The privacy policy will be updated regularly and in compliance with state and national privacy law. We reserve the right to update it at all times and it remains the responsibility of the user to periodically check the Privacy policy to remain up to date.
